We have a 7 day cancellation policy, cancellation within 7 days of your arrival
date will result in a charge equal to the full value of the booking.
We will always endeavour to resell the rooms, and will only charge for
rooms we are unable to resell I'm afraid we do not accept Hen or stag party groups.
We usually do not accept children under the age of 2. We take great pride in the quality of our property and any damage will be charged to the person making the booking.
